Accounts
In order to access and use certain sections and features of the Grey Owl, you must first register and create an account.

In order to use an Grey Owl account, you must:

- complete the registration process.
- agree to not post spam or harmful content.
- agree to the Terms and provide true, complete, and up to date information.
By using an Grey Owl account, you represent and warrant that you meet all the requirements listed above, and that you won’t use the account in a way that violates any laws or regulations. Grey Owl may refuse service, close accounts of any users, and change eligibility requirements at any time.

Updates
Automatic updates are available to customers who have purchased a license. Updates are provided for a lifetime length and do not require any recurring payments.
Warranty
We do not guarantee our products will function with all 3rd party products or with all web browsers. We are not responsible for any compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to support our plugins as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party conflicts at our discretion or as time allows. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing our products.
Delivery
After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with a confirmation of order, link to your invoice and a link to download your items & licenses. This may take up to 1 hour to arrive, but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are property of Voytsechovskiy Vladislav. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.
Refund Policy
As we are offering non-tangible digital goods, we do not generally issue refunds after the purchase has been made.
Support
We offer free support via https://www.grey-owl.org/support/ to our paid customers only. Purchasing a product does not gain you priority over other users and all tickets are given equal attention.
Grey Owl Team may occasionally send you emails related to the purchase of products from our company. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to updates, promotions and the like. We will never sell or release your email to any third party vendors. You may opt-out of these emails at any time.
